Shangri_La Hotel, Guilin of Guangxi Province

Xizi OTIS is a branch company of the world's leading manufacturer of elevators, escalators, and moving walkways, the OTIS. It is the largest environmentally-friendly elevator manufacturer and service provider in China. The annual meeting was elaborately designed into three parts by the Shanghai Encore(Xingjia) Design: welcoming banquet, meetings&awards, farewell banquet. The annual meeting lasted for three days in total, in the same hall. In cooperation with Encore Design, we were responsible of providing all the lighting and sound equipment and technicians for the meeting.
In order to best distribute our resources in three different cities, we had arranged our staff from Shanghai and Guangzhou Company to carry out the project, with the Shanghai project management team as main contact. Equipment were transported from Guangzhou, the closest SOES warehouse to the hotel.
During this project, since there were different sections which required different effect of our equipment, we had come up with three sets of AVL effect proposals for the annual meeting, each fit into the site-effect. One outstanding equipment section during the meeting is the LED screen on the stage. It was composed of 378 blocks of P4.8 led screens. Our technicians two days and one overnight to make sure that every block was flawlessly connected. Technicians of the audio and lighting collaborated with the led screen staff to produce the best overall effect.
We appreciated the support from the two branch companies and also the management team who had perfectly arranged the resources in different cities. With the efforts from Beijing headquarter and our branch companies, we are confident that we would be stronger in our capacity of providing avl services to projects in any city in China and even abroad -- which is what we are heading for.
