2014 Beijing Auto Show was held in Beijing New International Expo Center from April 21 to 29, 2014. As an international auto show, exhibitors Hyundai devoted considerable attention to all the details of the display booth. In the design phase, a Korean professional was invited in. The design with technical terms were completed by the executive team from south Korean professional team and the SOES professional team together.
SOES team provide professional planning and building audio visual services for the Hyundai booth. On the audio program, after many replacement of equipment and adjustment of drawings, we finalized the multi-point sound field layout, combined with stereo loudspeaker mode, ensuring that the audience can hear the sound in any area of the venue, and have a sense of shock surrounded inside the sound. On the video program, in order to film output more safety, and avoid the occurring of black screen, we put all the LED in series between the fiber optic signal transmission, the main signal is also all-fiber, and the transmission speed will be faster and more accurate. On the lighting program, due to the more number of lamps and lanterns and light model, considering the building time is tight, we adopt wyswing system set up all the conference link lighting effects. This greatly saves the time of the light programming, make we can give the stage to the customer in advance for rehearsal.
The show can be successfully ended, depends on the trust of the customer, is also inseparable from the efforts of the SOES team.
