Sony Exhibition and New Products Release Show 2014

Zone One, BJ Costume College
Themed with “Origin&VisualCreativity”, the Sony products exhibition and new item release show was held in BIFTPARK of Beijing Costume College, on August, 6th. During the exhibition, Sony has also made an unveiling of its newly developed 4K series: Player 4K, 4K television BRAVIA S9000B.
To SOES, this Sony case was combined with both exhibition and new product release show. Therefore, to meet different requirement of the two functions, we have designed two separate AVL service proposal in the same site.
During the exhibition and the show, the field was divided into two zones, one for exhibition and the other for new item release. Between the two sections, a projection-curtain with the size of 1600mm*400mm was set up by SOES. There is a reason of using a curtain as a division intermediary: When the product release moment arrived, the curtain would be lift up automatically. When the curtain was up, the new 4K items were shown. Then audience could walk through and enjoy the first glimpse of the new items.
More about the projection curtain was that, in addition to the traditional technique of combining three projection curtains together, a latest numerical control system was applied in this case, allowing the curtain to be control to the exact altitude with the time code.
As also implied from this case, besides internal management, we’ve been always paying a lot of attention to adjusting newly born technology into our traditional methods. Only in this way, we could grow with the latest trend in the industry and meet up with our clients ideas.
Last but not the least, our professional services were approved by the owner of the show field -- Beijing Costume College. We were invited to improve the AVL equipment of the site and long-term cooperation between us was agreed on.
